Hi, I’m Beth…

(She/Her)

I have a MA in Counseling and Psychological Services from St. Mary’s University. Using a strengths-based approach, I am passionate about working teens (9+), adults, and couples who want to get past whatever is getting in the way of living the life they want. From adults who are managing a sense of overwhelm, depression or anxiety, to teens who are seeking connection, I am skilled at creating a warm and safe space for healing and growth. Using humor and creativity, we will work to find a way forward, together.

With over 30 years experience in human resources and management in a variety of organizational settings, I know how challenging the workplace can be to thrive in at times.  We bring our whole selves to work and if you're experiencing anxiety, depression or manage ADD/ADHD or autism in the workplace, I can help you find solutions to both feel and be more successful at work. Whether you're looking for strategies to better cope or want to move from surviving to thriving, I can provide support at whatever stage of your career you find yourself in.

Regardless of what has you seeking support, I offer a non-judgmental and caring place to share what's on your heart. I'm trained in multiple modalities, including EMDR, that addresses anxiety, depression and the effects of trauma. I have experience working with difficult life transitions, workplace stress, PTSD, and complex trauma using the AIR Network Framework.

We truly are unique as human beings and so are our responses to stress and trauma. I'm committed to helping you look at your strengths first, as a way to approach challenges, through a lens that is both hopeful and empowered. Together, we will bring curiosity and compassion to our work together, using therapy techniques that feel safe for you.
