We know it can be hard to find a therapist. Our team is composed of therapists with a broad array of specialties and approaches. Whether you need help with a relationship, parenting, trauma, career, depression/anxiety, or an addiction, we can help. If you are unsure which therapist is the best fit for you, contact us to discuss your specific needs. Our Intake Coordinator will help you find the therapist that is the best fit for your needs, issues, and desired schedule. We offer both in person therapy and remote therapy or a mix of both depending on how you are feeling that day! And you are always welcome to schedule a free 20-30 minute consultation with the therapist of your choice to ensure that they are a good fit for you.

It all begins with a phone call…or an email. Connect with us whatever way you prefer! Our Intake Coordinator will help you choose the therapist that best meets your needs and desired schedule. We will also check your benefits and get you set up in our online scheduling system, making future scheduling a breeze.

Meet.

Whether you prefer an in-person therapy appointments or remote therapy, we’ve got you covered. Our offices are peaceful, private, and comfortable, and we always have hot tea and coffee available. If you’d rather meet from the comfort of your own home, we have a secure, easy to use teletherapy platform available for use as well.

Grow.

Schedule your appointments your way. You can schedule week to week with your therapist, reserve a time that works for you, or schedule out up to 8 weeks in advance online. We also have a variety of appointment times and days available, including weekends and evenings.
