I have training within trauma-informed care, mind and body connection, reflex integration that impacts our self-regulation and emotions, along with understanding our interoception system. I have worked with a variety of communication styles and I am in tune with non verbal language and emotions.
I particularly enjoy working with clients who are working on increasing their self-esteem, improving emotional processing, and individuals wanting to enhance overall wellness. By learning new ways of understanding themselves, and by seeking new coping strategies for dealing with stress, clients can gain greater confidence being their authentic self, both in therapy sessions and out in the world. My goal is to support clients through their journey towards self-understanding, self-compassion, and confidence.
